TREASURE ROOMS (2015)
The photographs in fact mimic the painting “high” ─ from Renaissance to─ thanks to the choice of composition, the brush strokes of light, but also for printing on cotton paper, enclosed in glass museum and wooden frames that become an integral part of the work, giving a abstract solemn style that does not fit with any historical period defined.
Le fotografie mimano infatti la pittura “alta” ─dal Rinascimento in poi─ grazie alle scelte compositive, alle pennellate di luce, ma soprattutto alla stampa su carta cotone, racchiusa in vetri museali e cornici lignee che diventano parte integrante dell’opera, conferendo un astratto stile solenne che non combacia con alcun periodo storico definito.
